Hi, we’ll have an available room in our 2b2b apartment at Park La Brea starting October 1st.

The room is private and furnished, and the bathroom will be shared with one person. The rent is $1300 all utilities and parking are included, the deposit is $1300 as well.

We are looking for guys only there will be 3 people in total in the apartment (one in each room and one person in the living room). Feel free to contact me if interested.
