Description
Palmyra serves Central Asian cuisine: Uyghur, Uzbek, Tajik, Kazakh and Kyrgyz cuisines, as well as dishes from the Caucasus, along with some from Russia, Ukraine, Korea and Mediterranean cuisine. It is equipped with two tandoors for bread and pastries, and samosa. Kebabs are cooked exclusively on charcoal.
