Description
The National Aeronautics and Astronautics Museum is a Smithsonian museum, one of the most interesting museums on the National Mall of Washington, USA, which houses the world's largest collection of historic aircraft and spacecraft. Almost all of the museum's exhibits are original historical specimens or their duplicates. Real aircraft or life-size copies of them are on display here. The museum also houses rockets, engines, space station command modules, and astronaut spacesuits. The exhibition was launched in the middle of the 20th century. The museum is constantly actively engaged in scientific research activities.
