SPORT-TWERK (exercise-twerk, twerk training) is a comprehensive and effective training for women that affects the glutes and leg muscles through point exercises and fitness elements, as well as twerk elements.
We'll learn the TWERK BASE, which includes buttock necks (blows) in various positions, circular hip movements in various positions (in which you haven't yet twisted your booty), and I'll TEACH you how to squeeze your nuts! Does that sound cool? We'll learn it in a couple of lessons!
During the classes, we also do pumping — isolated fitness exercises aimed only at our gluteal muscles (using leg muscles, of course, but without their direct growth).
And the most important thing is that my sport-twerk, or, in other words, twerk training, is interesting fitness! And we will do various exercises at a sports and creative level, including adding femininity to dance, as I amconstantly improving and changing exercises.
