Hi everyone! My name is Olya and I am a yoga and stretching coach

I invite you to group training sessions for beginners and advanced students in the following areas:

• hatha yoga

Classes will be held at Howe Community Park in the Carmichael area on Tue and Fri:

• Yoga at 9:00-10:00am

All you need to bring is a rug.

• The cost of 1 lesson is $20 (or yoga or stretching)
• The cost for visiting two destinations at once is $30 (yoga and stretching)
• Subscription for 5 classes - $90
