Owner and chef Clara Muchnik and her son Vadim Muchnik opened Russian Tea Time in 1993. Located in the heart of Chicago, Russian Tea Time has earned the title of one of Chicago's culinary attractions.
Russian Tea Time fans also have the opportunity to visit nearby attractions such as the Art Institute of Chicago, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Millennium Park, and local theaters. We are happy to welcome regular visitors, tourists, dignitaries, celebrities and other Chicago residents looking to enjoy the exceptional food, home-made tea and warm atmosphere offered by Russian Tea Time.
