A construction company that specializes in a kitchen and bath showroom is looking for a personal assistant to help owners with everyday tasks.

The showroom is located in East Northport, New York (Suffolk County, Long Island). The position is individual and requires a job at a showroom on Long Island

This is a great position for a generalist, which involves many different interesting tasks.

Job Description:

  • Help with office work (email, documents, etc.)
  • Help with licensing applications Communicating
  • with customers, suppliers, etc
  • Schedule management Organize a trip
  • Conduct research as needed
  • Various tasks as they arise for projects, customers, suppliers, or owners
  • Special projects

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • High communication skills, professional communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt on the fly
  • Technical savvy
  • Advanced ability to perform standard administrative tasks such as e-mail, printing, scanning, etc.
  • Thrives under the pressure of deadlines and changing priorities
