As the Founder of the Company I did:
-Launched the Startup project BringMeGift in Belarus/Russia
-Swopex Group was named TOP 50 of the Belarusian development team

I was working for 12 years at one of the biggest Belarussian IT-company (4000 employees). I
worked in different positions and grew faster. When I had to become a CEO, I rejected the offer
and created my own company for my startup projects.

2016-2018 General Manager
As a general manager, I managed two divisions of 100 employees: Sales and Banking.
The company implements software for Belarusian construction companies. The software is now
in the top sales.
The company serves all ATMs of Belarusian banks. I led a team of engineers that serves banks.

As a project manager, I led all stages of software development. The software was named TOP1
in Belarus.
2008-2012 Marketer
As a marketer, I sold Smeta software to 5,000 companies at the Belarusian market.
I created the Win-Win strategy that the company uses today. Belarusian Technical University
uses software to train future engineers.
