The exact responsibilities of the HR Generalist will vary, but will mainly include:
- Collaboratively plan, execute, and coordinate full-cycle recruitment efforts for all positions, both ad hoc and per staffing models.
- Facilitate background checks for certain new employees and otherwise as needed.
- Maintain job descriptions, job classifications and career paths for all positions as needed.
- Maintain a complete and welcoming orientation process for new hires.
- Contribute to the operational budget for HR.
- Reconcile employee benefits programs as necessary with accounting.
- Serve as an accessible, enthusiastic customer service representative and vital liaison between Management and employees.
- Oversee the employee termination process.
- Advise management on appropriate employee relations, dispute resolution and legal compliance.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of human resources generalist experience, preferably with some experience in mid-sized and multi-location organizations.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
- Broad familiarity with general business operations is preferred.
- Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written organizational and communication skills.
- We prefer those who have excellent communication abilities in both English and Russian.
