Route One is expanding! We are currently looking for a responsible SAFETY ASSISTANT to join our team!

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in a safety field
• Knowledge of DOT / FMCSA regulations
• Knowledge of IRP, Clearinghouse, UCR, IPass, Fuel Accounts, PrePass, ELD, IFTA, Hwy use tax, Drug test program
• Ability to work with people 
• Ability to multitask and pay attention to details
• Multi-language is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Handle accidents, claims, and DataQ
• Handle insurance renewals and audits
• Provide orientation to drivers
• Review of contracts: orientation, lease agreements, lease-purchase agreements, subcontractor agreement
• Process DOT audit
