Driver Recruiter (Bilingual in Ukrainian/Russian and English)

We are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter/Driver relations management specialist with great attitude, excellent communication skills, and enthusiasm to join our team.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to interact, in a professional manner with applicants, drivers and other employees;
  • Speaking English and Ukrainian/Russian is required;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, basic Computer Knowledge and organization Skills;
  • Ability to make decisions based on objective data obtained from applications and during interviews;
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with defined performance metrics;
  • Ability to work with a team;
  • Knowledge of transportation industry or prior experience in logistics is a plus;

Main responsibilities:

  • Driver lead sourcing and management;
  • Application completion and candidate management;
  • Phone screening and selection;
  • Interviewing and pre-qualifying applicants;
  • Performing background checks;
  • Recruiting administration and coordination;
  • Becoming a contact for all driver issues and concerns;
  • Understanding of applicable DOT rules, laws, and regulations.
