I have a Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management and worked in hotels and restaurants for over 10 years. Knowledge and experience I got over this time trained me well in customer service. Being in a restaurant floor or hotel front desk I learnt how to listen to people, anticipate their needs and exceed their expectations by continuously providing excellent service. I’m a genuine and caring person by nature and when my guest is happy it makes me happy. In addition, my hostess and receptionist experience prepared me well to be on the phone answering guest questions, making special arrangements for them, promoting specials etc.
Now I want to try myself in a different field but still being connected with people.
