Housekeeper / Cleaning Staff | Ustronie Morskie

We are inviting women and men to work at a hotel complex on the Baltic Sea coast. No prior experience is required—we provide on-the-job training. We are looking for responsible and detail-oriented employees for long-term employment.

We offer:

• A net hourly wage of 26 PLN
• Official employment under an Umowa zlecenie
• Work in a resort area near the sea
• Opportunity to work extra hours
• Work clothes and all necessary cleaning supplies are provided
• Comfortable working conditions
• Ongoing support from a coordinator

Work Schedule:

• 6 workdays per week
• 1 flexible day off
• Main shift from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Additional hours from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM are possible 2–3 times a week
• On certain days, the shift may last up to 13 hours
• Single-shift work

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning hotel rooms and vacation cottages
• Keeping common areas clean
• Maintaining the resort grounds
• Sweeping paths and raking leaves
• Weeding and keeping the grounds tidy
• Reporting technical malfunctions to management
• Performing additional cleaning tasks

Requirements:

• Men and women
• Good physical condition
• Responsible and meticulous
• Willingness to perform physical labor
• Desire to work and earn money
• Work experience is a plus, but not required
• Knowledge of Polish is welcome
• We consider candidates who speak Russian, Ukrainian, English, or Spanish

Living conditions:

• You must currently have your own housing
• We plan to provide housing for employees in the near future

Additional information:

• A medical examination is required
• Mandatory safety training
• A health certificate is not required
• Work is performed in comfortable conditions at room temperature
• All necessary tools and equipment are provided free of charge
