POULTRY PROCESSING WORKER | Kozeglowy (near Poznań)

We invite men and women to apply for stable jobs in the food production industry. This is not seasonal work, and there is the possibility of long-term employment.

We offer:

• Wage of 31.40 zł gross per hour
• Approximately 5,200–6,500 zł gross per month (4,000–5,000 zł net)
• Housing allowance of 0.87 zł gross per hour (up to 200 zł gross per month)
• Free daily lunch (soup + main course)
• Official employment under a contract of mandate (Umowa Zlecenie)
• Stable pay and full-time employment
• Work clothes provided
• Stable working conditions

Work schedule:

• 2 shifts (6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. / 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.)
• Mon–Fri, occasionally 1–2 working Saturdays
• 8-hour workday, occasionally 10 hours if desired
• 168–200 hours per month

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of production equipment
• Monitoring chicken processing operations
• Packaging finished products
• Marking and labeling products
• Preparing products for shipment
• Preparation of finished products (sandwiches, etc.)

Requirements:

• Experience in the food industry is a plus
• Health certificate (willingness to obtain one)
• Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
• No jewelry, false eyelashes, or artificial nails allowed while on the job
• Willingness to work rotating shifts

• Meals are provided free of charge every day
