I have experience working as a Manager in a car rental company based in Miami, where I was responsible for handling daily operational tasks, customer communication, and administrative processes. My role required a high level of responsibility, multitasking, and the ability to quickly solve various types of problems.

I worked closely with clients, banks, and insurance companies, managing contracts, resolving disputes, and coordinating different stages of the rental and insurance process. This experience significantly strengthened my communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to make decisions under pressure.

In addition, I have strong computer skills and experience working with different digital systems and platforms used for documentation, scheduling, and client management. I am comfortable working in fast-paced environments and adapting quickly to new tools and workflows.

Previously, I also worked as an English language teacher for over 2 years at Antischool, where I conducted online lessons for students of different levels. My responsibilities included preparing lesson materials, conducting classes, and helping students improve their speaking and overall communication skills in English.
