Ceramic Components Production Worker | Employment Contract

• A gross monthly salary of 5,200 zł
• Attendance bonus of up to 577 zł gross
• Additional productivity bonuses
• A 20% premium for night shifts

Work Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
• 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
• 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
• Schedule: 4 workdays / 1 day off
• 2 days off after night shifts

Responsibilities:

• Loading parts into machinery
• Drilling and machining parts
• Applying adhesive and primer
• Assembling components
• Taking measurements
• Product quality control
• Handling parts weighing up to 20 kg

Living conditions:

• Housing is provided
• Accommodation cost: 18 zł per day

Requirements:

• Willingness to work rotating shifts
• Responsibility and attentiveness
• Desire to work and grow
• No prior experience required
