- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Provide general information about our mortgage products and services to clients and prospects.
- Schedule appointments for clients with mortgage brokers and loan officers.
- Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and documentation.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate with other departments within the company to facilitate efficient communication and workflow.
- Daily, check on Processor Assist progress and completion, and necessary requests.
- Update borrowers daily on conditions received/missing.
- Check on conditions daily & follow up with borrowers.
- Twice a day update the CRM system.
- Check uploads & analyze what is missing. Contact the borrower via call, email, and text message.
- Prepare a Fee Sheet for the borrower, based on tittle’s fees and lender’s fees.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Uphold the company's standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with the mortgage industry and loan processes is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in using office equipment, including computers, printers, and telephone systems.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- A friendly and approachable personality with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- High level of professionalism and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Fluency in English, Fluency in Ukrainian and/or Russian (additional languages are a plus).
- Work Authorization/ SSN required
- Having a car
- Paying $16 – $18 will depend on skills and experience
- Supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Work W-2
- In 6 month, 50% of health insurance
