Job Responsibilities:

• The Housekeeping Assistant Project Manager / Supervisor will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure daily operational function within the department
• This position will delegate and supervise the daily workload of the housekeeping staff, using Asana (project management tool) for task assignments and tracking
• Assist in the hiring, training and continuous development of housekeeping staff
• Assist with scheduling and labor management
• Leads a culture of safety
• Control supplies inventory & assist with ordering
• Perform daily pre-shift meetings to ensure employees understand expectations for the day
• Ensures all work is completed on schedule with the desired level of quality
• Inspects the work of Housekeepers & Inspectors to ensure they work according to set standards
• Performs ongoing coaching/training to improve housekeeping productivity & quality
• Cleans and inspects rooms as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Project Management experience preferred
• Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

The expected pay range is $23.00 - $25.99. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
