Well-established renovation company is looking for an experienced Working Team Lead for apartment renovation projects.
We are looking for someone who can lead a crew of a few people, organize the work efficiently, and also work hands-on on site.
Requirements:
Experience with apartment renovations
Ability to read and fully understand construction blueprints and drawings
Experience working inside NYC residential buildings and understanding building procedures and logistics
Ability to manage and organize a small team of workers and subcontractors
Good communication and problem-solving skills
English speaking REQUIRED
Responsible, organized, detail-oriented mindset
Ability to maintain quality, schedule, and clean job sites
We are looking for someone who understands how apartment renovation projects actually work: deliveries, building management, protection, inspections, coordination, client expectations, and site logistics.
