We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to join our team in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations

• Manage and supervise staff (servers, hosts, kitchen coordination)

• Ensure high-quality customer service

• Create and manage staff schedules

• Monitor inventory, supplies, and ordering

• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health & safety standards

• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally

• Report to ownership and ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager (USA experience preferred)

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Fluent English (required), Russian/Ukrainian is a plus

• Deep understanding of restaurant operations and service standards

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive
