Well-established renovation company is looking for an experienced Working Team Lead for apartment renovation projects.
We are looking for someone who can lead a crew of a few people, organize the work efficiently, and also work hands-on on site.
Requirements:
• Experience with apartment renovations
• Ability to read and fully understand construction blueprints and drawings
• Experience working inside NYC residential buildings and understanding building procedures and logistics
• Ability to manage and organize a small team of workers and subcontractors
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• English speaking REQUIRED
• Responsible, organized, detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to maintain quality, schedule, and clean job sites
We are looking for someone who understands how apartment renovation projects actually work: deliveries, building management, protection, inspections, coordination, client expectations, and site logistics.
