About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping

• Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff to meet productivity and quality goals

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and processes for efficiency

• Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and customer service teams

• Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports

• Oversee equipment maintenance and warehouse cleanliness

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS/ERP preferred)

• Familiarity with OSHA and warehouse safety standards

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on the warehouse floor as needed

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience

• Forklift certification

• Experience managing high-volume operations

• Background in logistics, supply chain, or distribution environments
