CUSTOMER BASE
Siedlecki Construction has a broad customer base, including local municipalities, municipal agencies, state agencies and federal entities. Bergen and Hudson counties in New Jersey, as well as housing authorities in Hoboken and Jersey City are our local customer base. In New York, we are also proud to call NYC Department of Parks and Recreation our client. At the federal level, our largest customer is the United States Postal Service, for which we have been working for over
20 years.MARKET
The construction industry is subject to changes depending on fluctuations in the financial market, government spending, housing demand, interest rates and many other factors. Although generally the industry is sensitive to the seasons, Siedlecki Construction is somewhat resistant to these changes due to its exceptional clientele. The federal government spends billions of dollars a year on construction, as do local, urban and state municipalities. Siedlecki Construction can choose which orders and with which agencies we want to bid, depending on our needs. Although government spending changes as administration changes, there is always a need for construction services. Government spending has become more conservative and cost savings are at a premium. Energy saving and consolidation of space projects dominate the public sector, where municipalities seek to salvage owned buildings and structures or maximize the use of those buildings. These improvements or changes of use require construction companies that have knowledge and experience in this work. Such a company is Siedlecki Construction.
