Adam Brzeziński was born in Warsaw. He started his adventure with strength sports in 2004 in the legendary Herkules gym under the supervision of Polish champion Andrzej Urbański. He continued his passion by emigrating to the United States in 2006, without making his debut on the Polish stage.

He made his debut in 2013, competing in the Brooklyn Grand Prix, which is one of the largest amateur federations in America — the NPC. He finished sixth in the rookie category. As it turned out, this was just the beginning of a long journey. With the passage of time, hard training and great dedication, Adam began to become more and more successful. Under the leadership of Marek Olejniczak and Norbert “Phoenix” Tymczak — two of the best coaches in Poland — it finally won its first championship in 2017.

The following years brought him many first places and championships in the categories of heavy bodybuilding and classical figure. In November 2020, he made his first appearance in North American national competitions, placing fourth in the classic silhouette. After many years of experience, working with the best and many performances, Adam helps many people achieve their dream figure, improve health and athletic performance.

He works with people online and trains in person at the Coliseum gym in New York.
