1. Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the Company.

2. Bookkeeping based on detailed documentation provided by the Company's Manager.

3. Monitor banking activities of the Company.

4. Manage the daily posting and reconciliation of all funds (checks, cash, and electronic funds transfers), based on the documentation provided by Company's Manager.

5. Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.

6. Maintain internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, and program budgets and actual expenditures, based on the documentation provided by Company's Managers.

7. Manage Accounts Payable.

9. Manage Fixed Assets.

10. Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the Company including revenue/expense and balance sheet reports.
