Universal Home Decor is a growing company focused on the distribution and sales of high-quality interior finishing products, including modern, classic, retro, and system-style baseboards. Our products are designed to improve residential and commercial interiors with durable, stylish, eco-friendly, and easy-to-install solutions.
We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our client base among contractors, designers, builders, installers, retailers, and homeowners.
Responsibilities
* Generate new leads and build relationships with potential customers
* Visit and follow up with contractors, designers, builders, installers, showrooms, and retail partners
* Present and explain Universal Home Decor products, collections, benefits, and installation advantages
* Follow up with existing clients and maintain strong customer relationships
* Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
* Meet sales goals and performance targets
* Help customers choose the right product profiles, finishes, and accessories for their projects
* Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and expand market reach
Requirements
* Previous sales experience preferred
* Experience in construction materials, interior design, flooring, baseboards, home improvement, or building products is a plus
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer, phone, and customer communication skills
* Reliable transportation
* Bilingual is a plus, but not required
