We're a creative branding agency in Glendale hiring a Social Media Manager to join our team. You'll own social media for a handful of clients across Instagram and Facebook, working closely with our designers, video editors, and account team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  1. Build monthly content strategy and calendars for each client.

  2. Plan shoots end to end, including shot lists, props, locations, and styling notes.

  3. Brief and assign tasks to designers and video editors in ClickUp.

  4. Write captions, hooks, and CTAs in each client's voice.

  5. Post content in real time on Instagram and Facebook.

  6. Repost UGC and manage collab and story mention approvals.

  7. Set up and manage Meta ads, from strategy and audiences to copy, optimization, and reporting.

  8. Deliver weekly and end of month reports in Canva with insights, not just metrics.

  9. Attend client shoots in the LA area and help direct based on the calendar.

  10. Join client calls and present strategy, calendars, and results.

  11. Test hooks, formats, and content angles to see what's working.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Fluent English, written and spoken.

  • Experience managing multiple social accounts.

  • Strong eye for content, copy, and brand voice.

  • Comfortable with Meta ads.

  • Organized, proactive, communicates clearly.

  • Confident on client calls.

TOOLS WE USE

ClickUp, Canva, Google Docs and Slides.

THE DETAILS

  • Starting salary with room to grow. As we bring on new clients and you take on more accounts, the salary will be revised accordingly.

  • In office daily in Glendale, Full-time.
