We take out books, textbooks for bakers/pastry chefs, or my grandmother's recipe found years later.
For this we write notebooks with recipes collected from moms and grandmothers working with us bakers or confectioners.
And we find something we'd like to get drunk.
We throw the necessary ingredients into the cauldron, mix, bake, decorate. Then we watch, we cost, we improve... And then we watch again, cost and improve...
... Until it's perfect.
Finally, we give your hands, eyes and palates.
