EasyDispatch is looking for an After-Hours Support team member to help oversee freight operations during the evening shift.

Your Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate late pickups and deliveries.

• Calculate and monitor transit times for all active loads.

• Report any potential delays to the dispatcher and/or broker.

• Coordinate with drivers regarding any issues that require additional support or attention.

• Help ensure loads continue moving efficiently outside of regular business hours.

Requirements

• Dispatching or trucking industry experience is preferred, but not required.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Training is provided, including dispatch operations and our internal processes.

Schedule

6:00 PM – 4:00 AM Eastern Time (EST)
