Driver Qualification & Onboarding
• Collect and verify CDL, medical card, MVR, pre-employment drug test, and Clearinghouse query for every new driver before they operate
• Build and maintain Driver Qualification (DQ) files per 49 CFR Part 391
• Conduct annual MVR reviews and Clearinghouse annual queries
Fleet Compliance
• Track IRP registrations, IFTA decals, annual DOT inspections, and insurance coverage for all units
• Manage renewal calendar with 30/15/7-day advance alerts
• Ensure IFTA quarterly filings are submitted on time (PA Account #40021055676)
• Maintain UCR, KYU, and MCS-150 biennial updates
Hours of Service (HOS) & ELD
• Monitor FORZA ELD logs for HOS violations
• Ensure drivers certify logs daily
• Manage ELD malfunctions within the 8-day rule
