We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Talent Operations Coordinator in a flexible, work-from-home role. This position supports daily talent operations, coordination tasks, and internal communication to help keep processes running smoothly. Whether you are looking for part-time or full-time employment, we can accommodate your schedule and family commitments. Part-time work requires 2 to 4 hours per day, while full-time work requires 6 to 8 hours per day. Available shifts include a morning shift from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and an evening shift from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with possible overtime opportunities. Compensation ranges from $20.52 to $25.52 per hour on weekdays and $26.22 to $42.54 per hour on weekends. In this role, you will assist with scheduling, maintain basic records, support onboarding coordination, and help facilitate communication across the team. We are looking for individuals who are responsible, respectful, organized, and able to work independently. Basic computer skills and strong communication abilities are helpful but not required. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. You will have the flexibility to choose a schedule that works best for you. Employees may receive a 20% to 30% salary increase after three months based on performance.
