  • Preparations of ready-to-cook foods for the weekends

  • Cooking dietary, European, home, Russian cuisines
  • Gluten free menu
  • Low-calorie meals
  • Knowledge of nutrition principles
  • Cooking for a family of 5 (4 adults, 1 boy)
  • Cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner
  • Menu planning, grocery shopping, cooking for serving and warming up, keeping the kitchen in order (clean)
  • Product consumption accounting.
