We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales specialist to join our dynamic team in East Northport, NY (Suffolk County, Long Island).
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our customers visiting the Showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom. Assist customers in finding products and provide information on features, specifications, and pricing. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service.
Sales: Provide excellent customer service, including product knowledge, recommendations, and assistance with purchasing decisions. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and merchandising, to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in furniture sales Strong knowledge of furniture products, materials, and styles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Organizational and multitasking skills. Familiarity with inventory management systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field may be preferred
Work schedule 5 days a week.
Transportation from Brooklyn (Sheepshead Bay) and Queens is provided.
