Location: Texas (Data Center Project)
Schedule: 72–84 hours/week (3780$/week)
Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $45/hr (Negotiable based on experience)
Payment Terms: Net 14
Requirements:
• Drug-free
• Experienced with ribbon splicing
• Strong OTDR testing and troubleshooting skills
• Data center fiber splicing experience preferred
This is NOT pulling cable or patching work. We are looking for technicians who can perform high-quality fiber splicing, testing, and troubleshooting in a data center environment.
Higher rates may be available for candidates with proven data center splicing and validation experience.
Referral Program:
• $2/hr raise for referring an experienced technician who gets hired
• $500 referral bonus after they successfully start on the project
