About Us

White Glove Express specializes in transporting high-value medical and aesthetic equipment to clinics and hospitals throughout the United States. Our drivers provide professional white glove service, ensuring every device is transported safely and delivered with exceptional customer service.

Compensation

• $21.00 per hour

• $5,500 - $8,500 per month

• Company vehicle provided

• Company-paid fuel while traveling

Schedule

This is an Over-the-Road (OTR) position requiring:

• Travel for 21–28 consecutive days

• 7–10 consecutive days off between assignments

• Nationwide travel, including weekends and holidays when necessary

• While transporting cargo, drivers are required to sleep in the company's sleeper van to ensure the security of customer equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver medical devices throughout the U.S.

• Load, unload, wrap, and secure equipment for safe transport

• Photograph equipment before pickup and after delivery

• Verify equipment information when required

• Maintain communication with dispatch and customers

• Follow routes, schedules, and company procedures

• Keep the company vehicle clean and organized

• Report maintenance or mechanical issues immediately

• Represent White Glove Express professionally at every customer location

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Must remain insurable under the Company's insurance policy

• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy medical equipment (up to 75 lbs. independently; heavier equipment with moving tools)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently

• Ability to travel extensively and adapt to changing schedules

Company Policies

• Zero-tolerance policy for drugs or alcohol while on duty.

• No personal passengers or pets are permitted in company vehicles unless pre-approved by management.

• Company vehicles are for business use only.

• Employees are responsible for maintaining Company equipment and returning all Company property in good condition upon separation.
