Perform nightly audit of hotel financial transactions using Opera PMS. Ensuring accuracy between front desk operations and accounting reports.

Handle check-ins and check outs, resolve billing discrepancies, and provide excellent customer service during overnight hours.

Prepare and balance daily revenue and occupancy reports for management review.

Monitor property security and assist with guest inquiries or emergencies during the night shift.

Post payments, room charges, and corrections in Opera Cashiering; verify accuracy of all folios before closing the business day.

Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and F&B departments to ensure smooth next-day operations.
