Kavkaz Express is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Safety Transportation Specialist to join our team at our Fairfield, NJ office.
Responsibilities:
-Manage and process toll-related requests and documentation.
-Review and evaluate toll charges for accuracy.
-Perform accurate data entry and maintain records.
-Process employment verification requests.
-Coordinate and support daily tasks within the Safety Department.
Skills and Experience:
-Previous experience in transportation, logistics, safety, or administrative support is preferred.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent data entry and computer skills.
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
-Must speak English fluently.
Physical Requirements:
-Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
-Ability to talk, hear, and lift up to 15 pounds.
