Schedule: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (occasional late tasks until 11:00–12:00 AM)
Work Days: 5/2 or 6/1 (flexible)

Our property management company is looking for a responsible and proactive Guest Relations & Property Maintenance Representative to join our team. This is a hands-on position that combines guest communication with light maintenance tasks and operational support across our managed accommodations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
Inspect accommodations to ensure they meet company standards before every check-in.
Perform minor maintenance and repairs in properties throughout Manhattan.
Provide airport shuttle services using the company vehicle.
Support daily operational tasks as a company representative.
Requirements:
English proficiency: B2 level or higher
Valid Driver’s License (standard class)
U.S. work authorization (strong advantage)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsible, punctual, and guest-oriented
