Assist with payroll, invoicing, or basic bookkeeping
Coordinate vendors and office supplies
Support management with reports and organization
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Office Manager or Admin Assistant
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and work independently
Attention to detail and reliability
Nice to Have:
Experience with QuickBooks / CRM
HR or payroll experience
Bilingual (if relevant)
