I have 6 years of experience as a remote customer service manager at Mediacast TV, a company that broadcasts Ukrainian TV channels outside of Ukraine (I helped connect devices and communicated with people from all over the world, most often from the United States and Canada (as it is an American company). My previous job was related to communication with business executives and technologists.

I want to join a company where I can use my experience and skills in customer service. Especially where knowledge of the Ukrainian language is required. (I am not afraid of boring, monotonous work)

I live in Ukraine. I intend to work remotely, preferably in the USA, the state does not matter (as I have already worked remotely in this country). I would agree to a "Ukrainian" salary of 350-400$ per month (without registration), or better from the production.
