On Site Construction Project Manager Residential Remodeling

Location: Portland Metro Area / Lake Oswego, OR (Field-Based)

Compensation: Base Pay $4000 - 10000 monthly + Fuel/Vehicle Support

As our workload expands, the owner is looking for a reliable, sharp On-Site Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on our job sites, manage crews, and keep projects moving on schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing

• On-Site Quality & Field Leadership: Physically visit active job sites daily across Portland/Lake Oswego. Inspect framing, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, and tile work. Catch mistakes early before they become expensive problems.

• Crew & Subcontractor Management: Schedule trade partners (plumbers, electricians, tile setters) and make sure they stick to quality standards, site rules, and project timelines.

• Keeping Clients Informed: Be the main contact for homeowners during construction. Keep them updated on progress, answer their questions, and make sure they feel confident about the work being done in their home.

• Inspections & Permits: Schedule and be on-site for city/county building inspections to ensure full code compliance.

• Materials & Schedule: Track order status and deliveries of finish materials (tile, vanities, fixtures) so trades never sit around waiting.

• Project Wrap-Up: Walk final punch-lists with clients and make sure every detail is finished right before final sign-off.

Who We Are Looking For

• Hands-On Experience: 1+ years managing residential remodeling (Kitchens & Baths) OR a solid trade background (framing, tile, plumbing, etc.) with a strong eye for detail. If you know construction, care about quality, and learn fast, we want to talk to you.

• Firm & Fair Leadership: Ability to manage subcontractors directly, keep crews accountable, and enforce high standards without creating unnecessary drama.

• Communication: Clear, professional English to talk with homeowners and inspectors

• Local & Mobile: Must live in/near the Portland Metro / Lake Oswego area with a reliable truck/vehicle for daily site visits.

• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
