Renting out a room in Elizabeth, NJ. This room is perfect for someone who works in Manhattan. A direct bus to the city is right outside the building, direct train to the city is a 10 minute walk from the condo.

It is a spacious condo. Although there is no private bathroom in the room, I have my own bathroom, so the huge guest bathroom with a tub will be use primarily by you. The condo also has washer and dryer.

I live on the property only 30-40% of the month. I work in Manhattan myself and also travel a lot so I will not be around much.

The building is safe is secure and is on a newer side (2008).
