I'm renting the "Living Room" of my 2b, 2b apartment at Park La Brea.

There will be 4 people in total, 2 in the master room, 1 in the small room and now im looking for someone in the living room. There is a room divider which gives you privacy to an extent and the bathroom is shared with one person.

The price is $750 per month plus $750 for deposit. There is a designated parking spot, the parking and all utilities are included in the price.
