Customer Service, Administrative Specialist, Svetlana Chernyshova

Hello! My name is Svetlana.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Management and several years of experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, and the beauty industry.

In Moscow, I worked as a front desk receptionist at a dental clinic, a cinema manager, a sushi bar administrator, and a barista. In these positions, I gained strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

For the past two years in New York, I have worked as a salon assistant in Brooklyn and Manhattan, helping stylists, preparing workstations, assisting clients, and making sure they had a great experience. Right now, I am working at a summer camp outside New York, where I serve guests and work with children.

I enjoy working with people, I learn quickly, and I am responsible, friendly, and reliable. I am looking for a long-term position where I can grow, contribute to the team, and provide excellent customer service.
