I was provided with a document in which I am listed as one of the parties. The agreement contains provisions governed exclusively by Russian law, despite the fact that Ms. Yagoudaeva has no qualifications in Russian law. Phrases like “shall not be recharacterized in any jurisdiction” or “waive rights under Russian law” are especially indicative. No contract can limit the authority of foreign courts. This is legally naive and unprofessional. Instead of preparing a settlement agreement based on facts, proper disclosure, and correct legal procedures, the document relies on tricks, inaccurate statements, and legal manipulations. I cannot recommend Yulianna Yagoudaeva or Yagoudaeva Law Group as professional providers of such documents.
