For more than 20 years, I served as an HR in large international companies in Moscow, leading the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, executive recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, organizational development, conflict resolution, labor relations, policy development, compliance, leadership coaching, workforce planning, succession planning, training and development, and change management. I successfully partnered with senior executives, built strong corporate cultures, improved employee retention, and managed confidential HR matters with professionalism and discretion.
During the past seven years, I managed commercial real estate portfolios, specializing in leasing office and business properties.
My responsibilities included marketing vacant spaces, negotiating lease agreements, managing tenant relationships, coordinating property maintenance and vendors, overseeing budgets and operating expenses, resolving tenant issues, ensuring lease compliance, preparing documentation, maximizing occupancy rates, and maintaining long-term relationships with business clients while increasing property profitability.
