Total work experience in the catering industry is 14 years. Experience as a sushi roller - 10 years, pizza maker - 13 years.

Currently, I am fully responsible for the sushi bar in a Pan-Asian restaurant, holding the position of sushi chef.

I developed a sushi bar menu and added several of my items to it. I would like to gain new experience working in foreign institutions, and in return share my own. Will consider other job positions.
