A growing transportation company with a fleet of 200 trucks is looking for an experienced Reefer Dispatcher to join our team!

Schaumburg, IL (In-Office Position)

Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of dispatch experience (reefer experience preferred)

- Strong knowledge of load planning and route optimization

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Responsible, reliable, and highly organized

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

- Team player with a positive attitude
