The usual passion for strength training has grown into something more. The desire to not only become the best shape of myself, but also to help others with similar goals led me to become a certified personal fitness trainer.

This is my life's work, in which I am constantly developing and trying to become better. Unfortunately, now my disadvantage is a low level of English and this deprives me of the opportunity to work with English-speaking clients. But at the same time, I have two years of experience, including conducting physical training for them, with elderly Russian-speaking clients in adult day care.

I can be useful if there are Russian-speaking clients in the fitness club, to increase the level of communication with them.
