 Compensation: $4,000 – $6,000/month (DOE)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. This role combines sales coordination, customer service, and scheduling logistics. The ideal candidate will be proactive, personable, and skilled at managing day-to-day operations while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients

  • Schedule and manage daily service routes for field staff

  • Consult with prospective clients and assist them through the onboarding process

  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms

  • Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and service adjustments

  • Monitor scheduling software and ensure timely service delivery

  • Manage high volumes of communication with professionalism and courtesy

  • Collaborate with operations to ensure service quality and consistency

  • Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to client retention

  • Make independent decisions and solve issues as they arise

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative, logistics, or customer service roles (e.g., Office Assistant, Logistics Coordinator, Scheduler)

  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian (written and verbal)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM, scheduling, or project management tools

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities under pressure

  • Professional, pleasant demeanor and a service-oriented mindset

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with service-based industries (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, trucking, field operations)

  • Previous experience in high-volume customer service or dispatch environments

  • Knowledge of Zoho CRM or similar platforms is a plus

  • Multilingual ability is a strong advantage (Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, Russian)
